If you have seen your social security or ID number in Google’s search results then you can request that they remove it. Google will usually remove the info or contact you within 5 days.
This isn’t the preferred method of removing your personal information as the number may also appear in other search results (Bing Yahoo etc) and may be accessible from third party sites. If you feel that the number was posted by mistake then you should make an effort to contact the original website and ask them to remove it. Then it is just a matter of time before Google and other search engines update the results without any manual action.
If you cannot contact the original site or feel they may not cooperate then you can ask Google to manually remove the links to the offending page.
